Getting Started

7 questions
The first step is scheduling your Initial Medical Consultation ($150) with one of our licensed providers via telehealth. During this 60-minute visit, your provider will review your symptoms, health history, and goals. Labs will then be ordered — either through your insurance or at a discounted cash-pay rate through our partner lab. Once results are reviewed at a Follow-Up Lab Review ($250), your personalized treatment plan is finalized and your membership begins.
We are a telehealth-first practice. All consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing care are conducted via telehealth — giving you access to expert care from the privacy and convenience of your own home. In-person consultations are also available for Texas patients. Medications are prescribed and shipped directly to your door regardless of your location within the states we serve.
We currently serve patients in Texas and Arizona. All consultations and follow-up visits are available via telehealth — so you can access care from anywhere in either state. In-person consultations are available for Texas patients only. Medications are compounded and shipped directly to your home.
Yes — lab work is required before beginning any program. It gives us the baseline data needed to personalize your treatment and prescribe safely. Labs can be submitted through your health insurance or processed at a discounted cash-pay rate through our partner lab. If you've had comprehensive labs completed within the last 3 months, your provider may be able to use those results, potentially waiving the Initial Consultation fee ($150).
We welcome established patients. If your current regimen is stable and you have recent labs available (within the last 3 months), you may be eligible to transfer and begin the monthly membership directly — without needing to restart the full initiation process. Your provider will review your history at the Follow-Up Lab Review appointment and determine the best path forward for your specific situation.
Once your initial consultation and lab review are complete, you enroll in a monthly membership for your chosen program. Memberships are auto-pay and include your medications, supplies, shipping, and ongoing provider management. Follow-up visits and dose adjustments are included at scheduled intervals. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with 14 days' written notice. Annual memberships are available at a discounted rate and are non-refundable.
Due to federal regulations, we are unable to see anyone with Medicare or Medicaid in our practice. All of our programs are self-pay. Lab work may be billable to commercial insurance depending on your plan and the panels ordered.

Hormone Therapy

10 questions
Many patients notice improvements in energy, mood, and sleep within 3–6 weeks of starting therapy. Libido and body composition changes typically follow over 4–12 weeks. Full hormonal optimization develops over 3–6 months as your provider fine-tunes your protocol. Results vary based on your starting hormone levels, age, lifestyle, and the specific therapy prescribed.
Yes — when prescribed and properly monitored by a licensed provider, BHRT is safe and effective for both men and women. Bioidentical hormones are metabolized along the same pathways as naturally produced hormones. We require regular lab monitoring throughout your therapy to ensure hormone levels remain in the optimal therapeutic range and to identify any adjustments needed. Your safety and long-term wellbeing are always the priority.
Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the hormones your body produces naturally. Conventional synthetic hormones have a slightly different structure, which the body may not metabolize as efficiently and which may be associated with a different side effect profile. BHRT is also compounded and personalized — your dose is tailored specifically to your lab results and symptoms rather than a one-size-fits-all formulation.
No. Many women benefit from HRT during perimenopause — the years before menopause — and even younger women with hormonal imbalances can be appropriate candidates. Hormone optimization is based on your symptoms, lab results, and clinical picture, not your age or menopausal status alone. Your provider will assess whether treatment is appropriate for your specific situation.
TRT can suppress natural sperm production. If preserving fertility is important to you, let your provider know during your consultation — we offer alternative or supplementary approaches (such as HCG or similar) that can help maintain fertility while optimizing testosterone. This is an important conversation to have before starting therapy so your protocol is designed with your goals in mind.
Not when dosed correctly. Female testosterone therapy uses doses far lower than men's TRT — designed to restore optimal physiological levels for a woman, not male levels. Side effects like acne, hair changes, or voice deepening can occur but are typically the result of excessive dosing. We monitor carefully at every follow-up and adjust your dose to stay within the appropriate female therapeutic range.
This depends on your individual goals and clinical situation. Many patients choose to remain on hormone therapy long-term because the quality-of-life benefits are significant and sustained. Others may use it for a defined period to address a specific phase (such as perimenopause or post-andropause). Your provider will work with you to evaluate your response over time and guide your decision — there is no one-size-fits-all answer.
Our women's BHRT program addresses a comprehensive range of hormones including estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, thyroid (T3/T4), and cortisol. Treatment is individualized based on your labs and symptoms — not every patient requires all hormones. DHEA is available as an add-on for an additional $25/month. Thyroid optimization is available for an additional $100/month.
We offer multiple delivery methods including injections, topical creams, troches (dissolving tablets), and capsules. The method best suited for you depends on your hormone type, lifestyle, and preferences. Your provider will explain the options, help you choose the right delivery form, and walk you through proper administration before you begin.
Most insurance plans do not cover compounded bioidentical hormones. Lab work, however, can often be billed to insurance or processed at a discounted cash-pay rate through our partner lab. Our pricing is transparent — your monthly membership covers medications, supplies, shipping, and ongoing provider management. There are no hidden fees.

Medical Weight Loss

10 questions
All new patients are required to complete an Initial Medical Consultation ($150) and a Follow-Up Lab Review ($250) before enrolling in any weight loss program. The consultation allows your provider to assess your health history, review any contraindications, and determine the most appropriate medication and dosing strategy. If you have labs completed within the last 3 months, the consultation fee may be waived.
Both are once-weekly injections that suppress appetite and promote weight loss. Semaglutide activates one hormone pathway (GLP-1) and typically produces 15%+ body weight loss in clinical trials. Tirzepatide activates two pathways (GLP-1 and GIP), producing even greater results — up to 20–22% body weight loss. Tirzepatide tends to be more powerful but may come with a slightly different side effect profile. Your provider will help you decide which is the right fit based on your health history and goals.
Compounded GLP-1 medications use the same active pharmaceutical ingredients as brand-name versions and are prepared by licensed, accredited compounding pharmacies. All prescriptions are written and monitored by licensed medical providers. As with all GLP-1 therapies, they are not appropriate for everyone — contraindications include personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 syndrome. Your provider will screen for these at your consultation.
The most common side effects are gastrointestinal — nausea, mild stomach discomfort, and reduced appetite (which is also the intended therapeutic effect). These typically improve within the first few weeks as your body adjusts to the medication. Starting at a low dose and titrating slowly minimizes side effects significantly. Less common effects include fatigue or constipation. Your provider will walk you through what to expect and how to manage any discomfort.
Most patients notice reduced appetite within the first 1–2 weeks of starting GLP-1 therapy. Measurable weight loss typically begins within 4–8 weeks, with the most significant results occurring over 3–6 months as doses are gradually increased. Results vary based on starting weight, diet, activity level, and individual metabolism. We recommend a 3–6 month commitment for optimal, lasting results.
For compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide plans, your monthly membership includes the medication, injection supplies, shipping directly to your door, and ongoing provider management — including dose adjustments, side effect monitoring, and direct access to your care team. Labs are billed separately. Brand-name options (Wegovy® and Zepbound®) do not include supplies or follow-up visits, and a $150 follow-up visit is required for provider management and refills.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are generally not covered by insurance and are self-pay. Lab work is frequently billable to insurance, and we will work with you to maximize coverage. For brand-name options (Wegovy® and Zepbound®), insurance coverage may be available — a $99 prior authorization fee applies when your insurer requires prior authorization. Oral medications such as phentermine may be covered under standard pharmacy benefits.
Yes. There is no minimum commitment for monthly memberships. You can cancel at any time with 14 days' written notice. Auto-pay is required for all active memberships. The initial consultation and lab review fees are non-refundable. Annual memberships are also non-refundable.
Yes. Established patients who are stable on their current regimen with recent lab work may be eligible to transfer and begin the monthly membership directly without restarting titration. Your provider will review your history and current dose at the Follow-Up Lab Review and determine the appropriate path forward.
Absolutely — and this is one of our key advantages. Hormonal imbalances (low testosterone, thyroid dysfunction, estrogen dominance) frequently contribute to weight gain and can limit the effectiveness of GLP-1 therapies. Addressing both simultaneously often produces significantly better outcomes than either treatment alone. Your provider will design a protocol that optimizes both — treating the whole metabolic picture rather than just one piece of it.

Peptide Therapy

7 questions
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the building blocks of proteins — that act as biological messengers in the body. Unlike many pharmaceutical drugs that override normal physiology, peptides work with your body's own signaling systems to restore, optimize, or amplify natural functions. Different peptides have different mechanisms: some stimulate growth hormone release, others promote tissue repair, regulate metabolism, or support sexual function. Because they mimic the body's own processes, they tend to have excellent safety profiles.
Peptides have a generally excellent safety profile when prescribed and supervised by a licensed medical provider. Because they work through the body's own signaling systems rather than overriding them, they tend to be well-tolerated with minimal side effects. A consultation is required before starting any protocol, and labs may be required depending on your medical history and the peptides recommended.
Most peptides are administered via subcutaneous (under-the-skin) self-injection — simple to learn and minimally uncomfortable. Some peptides are available as nasal sprays or oral formulations. Your provider will walk you through the delivery method, dosing schedule, and technique for your specific protocol before you begin.
Timeline depends on the peptide and goal. Some patients notice improvements in sleep, energy, or recovery within 2–4 weeks. Body composition changes typically become apparent over 8–12 weeks of consistent use. Healing peptides like BPC-157 can produce noticeable improvements within a few weeks. We recommend a 3–6 month commitment to peptide therapy to achieve optimal, lasting results — your provider will set realistic expectations based on your specific protocol.
Many peptides used in wellness medicine are considered off-label and are not FDA-approved for the treatment or prevention of specific diseases. However, they are legally prescribed by licensed providers and compounded by FDA-registered pharmacies. Your provider will discuss the regulatory status and clinical evidence behind each peptide recommended for you.
Yes — peptide therapy can complement hormone therapy very effectively. Growth hormone peptides pair particularly well with TRT or HRT, supporting recovery, body composition, and energy alongside hormone optimization. Your provider will design a protocol that accounts for existing therapies and ensures everything works together safely.
Peptide therapy is generally not covered by insurance and is self-pay. Pricing varies by peptide and protocol. Your provider will discuss costs transparently during your consultation. Lab work may be submitted to insurance depending on which panels are ordered as part of your evaluation.

Sexual Health

8 questions
We offer evidence-based sexual health treatments for both men and women. For men: sildenafil, tadalafil (PDE5 inhibitors), PT-141/Bremelanotide, and testosterone optimization. For women: PT-141 (FDA-approved for HSDD), Scream Cream (topical compound for arousal and sensation), BHRT to restore hormonal balance affecting sexual function, and Kisspeptin-10 for hormone signaling and libido support. All care is conducted via telehealth and medications are shipped directly to you.
Yes — we provide sexual health treatments for both men and women. Sexual dysfunction is common and treatable in both sexes, and it is often overlooked in women specifically. We take a whole-person approach, evaluating hormonal, physiological, and psychological contributors to help you find an effective, personalized solution.
Sildenafil (Viagra®) and tadalafil (Cialis®) are PDE5 inhibitors — they work by increasing blood flow to the genitals. They require sexual stimulation to work and address the physical mechanics of erection. PT-141 (Bremelanotide) works entirely differently — it acts on melanocortin receptors in the brain to directly stimulate sexual desire and arousal. PT-141 is effective even when dysfunction has psychological or hormonal roots, and is the only FDA-approved treatment for low libido in women (HSDD).
PT-141 is generally well-tolerated. The most common side effects include mild nausea, flushing, and transient increases in blood pressure — typically short-lived and dose-dependent. It is FDA-approved for women with HSDD and is used off-label for men. It is not recommended for patients with uncontrolled hypertension or cardiovascular disease. Your provider will screen for contraindications before prescribing.
Yes — all consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing care are handled via telehealth. You can access discreet, professional sexual health care from the privacy of your own home. We serve patients across Texas and Arizona. In-person visits are available for Texas patients but are not required.
Results vary by treatment. Sildenafil and tadalafil typically work within 30–60 minutes of taking the medication. PT-141 effects are typically felt within 1–2 hours of administration. Scream Cream is applied topically and works within 20–40 minutes. Hormone-based treatments (testosterone therapy, BHRT) take longer — improvements in libido and sexual response typically emerge over 4–12 weeks as hormone levels stabilize.
Most compounded medications and off-label treatments are not covered by insurance. However, lab work can often be billed to insurance. We offer competitive self-pay pricing and compounded medications at a fraction of brand-name costs — making effective care accessible without relying on insurance coverage.
Yes — and this is often the most effective approach. Hormonal imbalances are a leading cause of sexual dysfunction in both men and women. Optimizing testosterone, estrogen, or thyroid function in conjunction with targeted treatments like PT-141 or PDE5 inhibitors often produces dramatically better outcomes than either approach alone. Your provider will evaluate all contributing factors and build a comprehensive protocol.

Pricing & Insurance

8 questions
In most cases, yes — both an Initial Medical Consultation ($150) and a Follow-Up Lab Review ($250) are required before enrolling in any program. However, if you have had labs completed within the last 3 months, the $150 consultation fee may be waived. In that case, only the Follow-Up Lab Review ($250) is required, and your initial medical consultation will be completed at that same appointment.
No — labs are not included in the monthly membership price. Blood work is billed separately and can be submitted through your health insurance or processed at a discounted cash-pay rate through our partner lab. Your provider will advise exactly what panels are needed and the cost before ordering.
Most insurance plans do not cover compounded bioidentical hormones, compounded GLP-1 medications, or peptide therapy. However, lab work can often be billed to insurance. For brand-name GLP-1 medications like Wegovy® or Zepbound®, insurance coverage may be possible with a prior authorization — a $99 prior authorization fee applies (non-refundable). Oral medications such as phentermine may be covered under standard pharmacy benefits.
No. For weight loss programs, medication, supplies, shipping, and provider oversight are all included in the monthly plan price. For HRT memberships, medication and supplies are included — labs are billed separately. Any add-ons (such as additional hormones, thyroid optimization, or brand-name medications) are clearly outlined before ordering. We believe in complete price transparency.
Yes. Both the Men's TRT and Women's BHRT memberships are available at a discounted annual rate of $248/month, billed upfront at $2,970/year — saving approximately $330 compared to monthly billing. Annual memberships include everything in the monthly plan with your rate locked for 12 months. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
Yes — monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with 14 days' written notice. We believe in results, not lock-ins, and most of our patients stay because they're feeling their best. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
