Most insurance plans do not cover compounded bioidentical hormones or compounded GLP-1 medications. However, lab work can often be billed to insurance. For brand-name GLP-1 medications like Wegovy® or Zepbound®, insurance coverage may be possible — a $99 prior authorization fee applies if your insurer requires one. Oral medications such as phentermine may be covered under standard pharmacy benefits.
No. For weight loss programs, medication, supplies, shipping, and provider oversight are all included in the monthly plan price. For HRT memberships, medication and supplies are included — labs are billed separately. Any add-ons (such as additional hormones, thyroid optimization, or brand-name medications) are clearly outlined before ordering.
Yes. Both the Men's TRT and Women's BHRT memberships are available at a discounted annual rate of $248/month, billed upfront at $2,970/year — saving approximately $330 compared to monthly billing. Annual memberships include everything in the monthly plan with your rate locked for 12 months. Annual memberships are non-refundable.

You may be eligible to enter our monthly membership directly without a full re-initiation program — as long as your current regimen is stable and recent labs are available. Eligibility is determined by your provider after your follow-up consultation.
We currently serve patients in Texas and Arizona. All consultations and follow-up visits are available via telehealth — so you can access care from anywhere in either state. In-person visits are available for Texas patients only. Prescriptions are shipped directly to your home regardless of which state you're in.
