The first step is scheduling an Initial Consultation ($150) with one of our providers via telehealth. During this visit, your provider will review your symptoms, health history, and goals. If labs are needed, a Follow-Up Lab Review ($250) will be scheduled after your bloodwork is complete.
Yes. All consultations, follow-ups, and medication management are conducted via telehealth so you can access care from the privacy of your own home. We serve patients across all of Texas and Arizona. In-person visits are available for Texas patients if preferred. All medications are shipped directly to your door.
Sildenafil (Viagra®) and tadalafil (Cialis®) are PDE5 inhibitors — they work by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis. They require sexual stimulation to work and address the mechanical side of ED. PT-141 works differently — it targets the brain's melanocortin receptors, increasing sexual desire and arousal at the neurological level. PT-141 can be effective even when PDE5 inhibitors don't work, and is available for both men and women.
Yes — we provide sexual health treatments for both men and women. For men, we offer sildenafil, tadalafil, PT-141, and testosterone optimization. For women, we offer PT-141 (FDA-approved for HSDD), Scream Cream, Kisspeptin-10, and BHRT. Your provider will help determine which options are appropriate for your specific situation.
PT-141 is generally well-tolerated. The most common side effects include mild nausea, flushing, and transient increases in blood pressure — typically short-lived and dose-dependent. It is FDA-approved for women with HSDD and has been used off-label for men with a strong safety profile in clinical use. Your provider will review your health history to confirm it's appropriate for you before prescribing.
Most compounded medications and off-label treatments are not covered by insurance. However, lab work can often be billed to insurance. We offer competitive self-pay pricing and compounded medications that are significantly more affordable than brand-name alternatives. Our team will be transparent about all costs before you commit to any treatment.
Results vary by treatment. Sildenafil and tadalafil typically work within 30–60 minutes of taking the medication. PT-141 effects are typically felt within 1–2 hours of administration. Scream Cream is applied 30 minutes before intimacy. Hormone optimization (TRT or BHRT) produces more gradual results over weeks to months as hormone levels normalize. Your provider will set realistic expectations during your consultation.
